What an incredible and unforgettable experience! The location of this hidden gem is absolutely stunning - a beautiful and serene retreat that feels like your own private paradise. The staff here are not only super friendly, but they also speak English very well, making communication a breeze. Sleeping in a log cabin above the sea was a unique and amazing experience. The cold shower and limited electricity during the day added to the charm and helped us disconnect from the outside world. The small Thai restaurant offered delicious food, and the prices for food, beer, massages, and rooms were reasonable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and the sunsets from the beach were jaw-dropping. The hammocks outside our room provided the perfect spot to relax and take in the breathtaking ocean views. Free Wi-Fi and a nearby restaurant were also convenient bonuses. this place was a total paradise and exceeded all our expectations.

Private beach, ample seating, no theft worries. Delicious restaurant with ocean views. Sunrise over water. Glamping-like bungalows. Perfect for sun-soaking relaxation.

Beautiful beach. Much more nice view compared to Phi Phi town. Feel the nature in here.
You have to take about half an hour boat to this place from the peer on Ton Sai and it costs you 600 baht each trip. If you decide to book a bungalow with only a fan (means no AC), remember to bring mosquito repulsion. And last, Geckos and insects are common in the house!

As a native speaker who visited a beach resort on a small island, the location was stunning. The resort was only accessible by boat, providing a unique and secluded experience. The bungalows were basic but comfortable, offering a balcony with a hammock and views overlooking the sea. The beds were protected by mosquito nets, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The beachfront was fantastic, with tables, chairs, and hammocks to relax and enjoy the soft white sand and clear blue water.
The food at the resort's restaurant was adequate but a bit pricey compared to other options nearby.

the room bamboo made, the view from the balcony you can see the sunrise listen to the see and birds Amazing No problem for arriving there, you find transportation easily for 100 TBH per boat before 17 hs and for 300 TBH after. It worth it
breakfast in a very beutiful place but really disgusting, dogs receive you at the beach when you arrive, woman not very patient to solve small problems.

I had always wanted to visit Phi Phi Islands, so I chose Tohko Beach Resort for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities offered, such as the dry cleaning/laundry services. Additionally, I loved that the lobby and restaurant were secluded on their own stretch of white sand, with crystal clear waters and a reef visible.
Mosquitos and termites were present due to the property's location on the seashore, but we were prepared as the issue had been mentioned in reviews. The resort provided mosquito nets and repellent oil, so it wasn't a problem.

Hotel staff is really friendly, helpful. Food is very delicious (thai), you can use internet for free. The area is beautiful.
Need to go by boat to the city centre for water. There are no shops around the resort. Bungalows are half-open so you have to prepare yourself for unexpected visitors (monkey, gekko). For the tour should be guide who speaks english to provide you some information.

I had an amazing time at Tohko Beach Resort in a beachside bungalow. The location was absolutely beautiful, with calm seas and clear water. The private beach was a lovely spot to relax. The staff were friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The food at the restaurant was fantastic, especially the massaman curry, which was the best curry I have ever had, both in Thailand and back at home. it was an ideal getaway with stunning surroundings and great snorkeling opportunities.
Nothing all good 👍🏼

The island of Koh Phi Phi is beautiful. Tohko Beach is remote and beautiful, with a white sand beach, clear blue sea and a jungle backdrop. The only reason you should stay here is to get away from it all - whether for a few days or for a whole week. Access a 25 minute journey by longtail boat (100 baht per person each way by the resort's boat which runs twice per day or 200-400 per person by taxi boat). The staff are great.
Our wooden beach bungalow with aircon although pretty, was very small and basic. There was hardly room to store two suitcases and no wardrobe nor hanging space. The restaurant is ok at best. We didn't see any other facilities close by. Electricity was only available from 18:00 to 07:00.

The private beach was unreal and incredibly gorgeous. Plenty of space to relax and leave belongings without worry. Delicious food at the restaurant. Oceanfront massage was incredible. Wake up to sunrise over the water. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Felt very well taken care of, no reason to complain.

We were one of only 2 couples at Tohko, so got pretty much personalised service - which was pretty laid back. We stayed in the beach front bungalow for 2 nights - the accommodation was very basic, but certainly clean, the view was just perfect and all in all very relaxing. We could travel into the main pier for b100 each, which was quite good, however they only left at 8am and 11am (although we did see them do a 9.00 trip for another couple) which wasn't ideal, but we worked around it fine. We had dinner at the restaurant both night and got great curries which were quite well priced.overall it was quite cheap - 2 nights accommodation, 2 dinners, 1 breakfast, 2 massages, 2 trips on the boat into the main pier was less than $150a.
Tohko 'Resort' (not really a resort) was around 15 - 20 minutes from the main pier at Phi Phi, which was a little annoying as we had to rely so strongly on water taxis and transport from the resort (I don't think it would have been too easy to flag down a water taxi). Make sure you take your own mosquito repellant, there's heaps of mossies around and they don't have any repellant at the resort. It would have been nice to have hot water but it didn't really matter as it was so hot anyway. Having said all this.. If you are looking to stay at Phi Phi in a nice and quiet area of the island, this amy be the place for you.

Had a relaxing 2-night stay at this amazing bamboo bungalow right on the beach. No need for AC, as the breeze was perfect. Private and peaceful location with a private beach. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The boat schedule was convenient, and they even offer private trips to Maya Bay. Highly recommend this place for an authentic and enjoyable Thai experience.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Spectacular Beach and Peaceful Ambience: The moment I stepped onto the private beach at this resort, I felt like I had stumbled upon a hidden paradise. The crystal clear waters and pristine white sand were a sight to behold, making me feel like I was in a scene straight out of a movie.
